Team
1 Designer (me), 2 Product Managers, 6+ Software Engineers.
Skills
User flows, information architecture, wireframing, iterating, prototyping, testing.
Introduction
‘PLAY’ is cure.fit’s flagship product that sells sports services to users. upon purchasing a pass (‘cultpass’), users are able to access all sports centers (across swimming, badminton, and table tennis centers) in their city.
before the redesign, there was only one way to purchase a cultpass for PLAY centers. buying the pass gave users access to every center corresponding to every sport. however, many users choose to play only one sport at the center closest to them and don’t get the full value of the pass.
through the redesign, we launched a new pricing construct that allows users to purchase access to one center for one sport. this would help users get the most benefit from their pass.
